The biggest benefit of my private yoga lessons is that each class will be tailored to your individual needs, goals, and body specifically.
Classes last one hour and we work on your primary objectives and on improving your posture. Together, we determine the best class format. You can take the classes alone, with your partner, with your family or with a friend.
My experience is in:
- Restorative Yoga:
Works on a specific area of the body for therapeutic purposes for people with injuries, the elderly or those with difficulties undergoing physical activity. Recommended for older adults, people with injuries or in therapy. - Prenatal yoga:

Interactive classes for children from 3 to 10 years old where balance, strength, trust and love are managed – yoga helps to improve the way children relate to others and their environment, manage and understand their emotions and get physical skills. - Meditation class:
Class to improve concentration, focus attention and calm the mind. Physical and mental preparation to establish positive states of mind. In these classes we will sometimes work on yoga nidra and yin yoga.
